Skytree so far
The Sky Tree (Tokyo's new communication's tower planned to be twice as tall as Tokyo Tower, and open to the public in a year and a half), is shaping up nicely. This was taken from a nearby office building with a clear view of the Tree a couple of miles away.

I can't wait for the Sky Tree to be completed and open to the public. I'm definitely going up to the 450m observatory.
Yeah, think about that. 450 meters. That's almost a half kilometer, and a 1/3 of a mile. Almost 450 stories up. There was an earthquake in Tokyo yesterday, a level 3. In my apartment on the 14th floor, the shaking was fairly noticeable, while on the ground few people could sense it. Imagine what the amplification factor would be like over 400 floors up...
Sounds like fun. I think you meant 150 storeys, unless you're less than a metre tall :)
I felt the earthquake yesterday, and I was on the 4th floor at work. Long one, but nothing major.
Short people got no reason....
