山姥子守唄 (Mountain Witch Lullaby)

Mountain Witch first appeared in Garo #50, Sept., 1968. Kintaro gets reworked to fight against the oppression of invasive American culture, triumphing in rescuing the (Japanese) girl and capturing the oppressor's giant robot.

Red Dragonfly first appeared in Garo #46, June, 1968.

花ちる町 (Scattered Rose Town)

By Seiichi Hayashi (林静一). 28 pages.
Scattered Rose Town first appeared in Garo #52, Oct., 1968, but I haven't found that issue yet so I'll summarize the story here. A pair of ill-behaved children, a boy and a girl, disrupt the lives of those around them. The boy's father seduces the girl, and the girl's father commits suicide. In the end, the boy watches his father read a newspaper, as his mother works on a kimono.

花さく港 (Torn Flower Harbor)
By Seiichi Hayashi (林静一). 34 pages.
Torn Flower Harbor first appeared in Garo #60, May, 1960.

なつかしのメロディ (Nostalgic Melody)

By Susumu Katsumata (勝又進). 3 pages. This is a featured manga on Nihon-go Hunter this week.
Susumu copies Hayashi's style to highlight the majority of his characters, with no real story.
