Tokyo Sky

The sun is starting to set closer to the area behind Mt. Fuji (but not directly behind it relative to the apartment). This occasionally results in some good silhouettes, depending on the condition of the air (humidity, pollution, lack of clouds).

On Jan. 17, the full moon was still close to the horizon at 6 PM. It was so attention-getting that several people submitted photos to be used by newspapers and TV stations. I wasn't one of them. Makes me wish I had a lunar filter for the camera, and a better tripod.
