Comiket is the big doujinshii (amateur manga) convention that is held twice a year at Big Sight. Thousands of would-be artists produce manga that they then try to sell to other fans. The question is, who actually prints up the copies of the manga, and who does the catalogs?
I found one such place in Shimo-Kitazawa, just outside of the warren of little restaurants and clothing shops. Now you know.

I've always been fascinated by the idea of Comiket. Both the sheer scope of the event itself and the variety of material available (everything from APE/MoCCA indies to DA-esque fanwank...)
