It's interesting to me how certain Japanese ads employ wordplay.  Simply looking at this sign doesn't really tell you what the joke is.  The text says "Yokattane wo sakasetai", but it needs to be broken into 2 parts: "yokatta ne" and "tane wo sakasetai".  The first part means "it was good", and the second is "I want the seed to blossom".  The joke being that it's a sign for a gardening company, and the "tane" in red is "seed".  Taken as a whole, the feeling of the sentence is "make it prosper".
