Tenmonkan no Hi

The banner on the left announces that the 10th of every month is "Tenmonkan Day". The fact that the banner has the mascot for the area police box on it implies that this is when the police rub elbows with the public. The main stage banner announces that the police are proud to open up a lesson room for the prevention of violence against women. The event was in the area next to the 7-11 in Tenmonkan, and featured the Temonkan police box foamhead mascot, who spent most of his time trying to hide behind a banner.

Good catch!
I'll complain to the costume designer the next time I see him.
