Some months ago, there had been a festival at Honganji temple, across the street from Tenmonkan, and someone had taken a plush pig doll and tied it to the branches of a tree next to the parking lot. The next day, the doll was gone. It wasn't until just recently that I found that it apparently had gotten a new home at the Kobuta (Piglet) Bone Setting (chiropractor) clinic.
Maybe not so much when pigs fly, as when they just hang around a lot.
