There's a restaurant in Tenmonkan that claims to offer New York-style food. I've had a couple of their desserts, and a "coney dog." They were ok, but not really all that "American." I do like the idea of deliberately making an ice cream dessert that looks like it fell off the plate. Not so sure about the "Jankeey's Burger," though...
