Back a few months ago, Georgia coffee vending machines were randomly dispensing figures from Shonen Jump magazine as part of its 50th anniversary campaign. More recently, I found these 5-can packages of the coffee continuing the same campaign. Outside of the wrapper, there doesn't seem to be any particular connection to Jump magazine. Maybe there's a QR code inside the wrapper or something you can scan to get something online.
The problem with buying food in bulk in Japan is that there's no price discounts. It costs about the same to get this 5-pack as it does to get the 5 cans separately. I'm not drinking can coffee much anymore, so I don't feel like paying for 5 cans just to see what the Jump tie-in is.

I wondered if anybody was ever going to talk about this promotional collaboration. Beyond the original announcement. I would love to see what all the different cans look like and what they all say. How many have you collected so far.
