Fortune telling is a big business in Japan, and every night there are 4-6 tellers sitting at little portable tables in and around Tenmonkan waiting for people to visit them and have their fortunes told for $10-$20; either palm reading or tarot readings. But, this is the first time I've seen a banner like this for a fortune telling shop using an anime character.
