Ack-Chooww!
Ichibangai was an older shopping district next to the Chuo (central) train station. One or two years ago, one entire block was dug out and construction began to replace it with a condo building. The bottom 3-4 floors are made up of restaurants and clothing stores. It just opened a couple months ago. The sign here is for Chuo Baru (bar?) Station, a gyouza restaurant. Sugyouza Man (a play on sugoi (great) and gyouza) says "It's delicious! Just try it and see."
Nearby is a flight of steps going up to the second floor, but they're closed off right now. Sugyouza Man says "Please don't sit on the steps."
This is actually a problem, because school girls, office workers and the homeless are always looking for free places to sit and sleep.
