There's a new men's hair salon going in the space for a former cigarette shop south of the main train station, called Mow9. At first, I could only think of Mowvember, but I don't think they have that here. I definitely know that no Japanese has enough facial hair to pull off this kind of a hipster look. Maybe this is just wish fulfillment.
