I realize that the sign says Girl's Day, with the Hime-chan doll display, was on March 3rd. But I didn't see this artwork in front of Shiro Hair Salon until yesterday.

Back in the 1990's, I lived in Japan for 2 years, working as a video game programmer and as a technical writer for Hitachi.
