Spotted this moving truck at the loading dock of Houzan Hall, the big music hall and stage building next to Central Park. I tried checking the announcements board at the front of the building to find out what Hige Dandism is, but there was nothing. The wiki page says that Higedan is a J-pop group.
I just liked the art at the back of the truck.
