I met Pepe, and talked with him for a couple hours, back over a year ago. He's a nice guy who performs as a clown at Dolphin Port on various days, as well as around Kagoshima prefecture. I've seen him a few times since then at Dolphin Port, but always when he's in the middle of his act. There were a couple times I spotted him at Central Park, where he was practicing his juggling and I didn't want to interrupt him. I don't think he remembers me.
