There used to be an anime, manga and cosplay shop in Tenmonkan up to last year. Then, it suddenly disappeared. Then, in March I happened upon this shop (Character Kagoshima) at the other end of Ichiban Gai (Number One Shopping street), past Amu Plaza.
It was closed on Sunday, and I usually don't get to Amu Plaza during the week. The sign says "While we have anime, manga and games, we're a regular shop." $10 for a 15-minute Tarot reading.
