I was walking up near the main train station when I found this car stopped at the lights. I just had time to take 2 quick photos before the light changed and it drove off.
I have no idea what character it is for, or what "EX-NORAIL" is. I tried doing a quick web search and nothing came up. I do think it's kind of interesting that the sticker below the driver side tail light is some kind of a QR code.
