I love going to Tully's to just sit and read over coffee. But, I get hungry, too, and then I make a mistake and buy the food. I really wanted to find an alternative to McDonald's for breakfast, and Tully's had started advertising their "morning sets" again. So, I decided to get something. The other two choices are along the lines of hot dogs with relish, which I can get anytime, so I ordered the French toast (really, two very thin slices of bread glued together). Very bland, no syrup. With their idea of a "tall" coffee, the total came to over 800 yen with tax, or $8 USD.
I've GOT to learn to stop buying food there...
