This is the display area in front of the Mitte 10 cineplex at the top of Amu Plaza. The Ferris wheel is on the other side of the windows. I arrived kind of early in the morning, so the stand-ups were strongly back-lit.
I've never bothered reading the manga, and I don't have a TV so I don't watch the anime.
But, it's a typical Jump fight-of-the-week storyline, so I think I have a handle on it.
There's a display case nearby showing the tie-in goods you can buy in the department store.
The plushies are available in Kiddy Land/Snoopy Town on the 4th floor.
