Oh, how the mighty have fallen. The open space in front of the Lotteria burger shop, near the Yamakataya department store, used to have a Santa's workshop building, live music, and a whole lot of arts and crafts for sale for Christmas. Now, not so much. No live music. No workshop. The arts and crafts are barely seasonal, and the rest of the space is taken up by food trucks, yet there's almost no place to sit or stand and eat. Everything's overpriced, so I'm not inclined to even get a hamburger and coffee from one of the trucks.
There was a foamhead mascot, though. No idea which character this is supposed to be, but it looks water-related.
