There's a little art exhibit running on the top floor of the Maruya Gardens department store in Tenmonkan until the end of May.
I don't know anything about Nya-ko, or what the illustrations are for.
But, there is a poster nearby for an Indian movie with this guy on a motorcycle. I assume that the illustrations are related to the movie somehow.
