Twisted Wonderland Chocolate Egg Toy

I haven't been buying chocolate eggs with toys in them for a while, mainly because I just don't like the anime the characters are based on, and the eggs are usually in the $1.50 to $2 USD range. But this time, Donkey is trying to unload the Twisted Wonderland eggs at 39 yen ($0.35 USD), and that's a price I can't ignore for something for the blog.

Standard big hollow chocolate egg.

The figure is a little over an inch tall. It's nicely detailed, but the camera just didn't want to focus on it.

The camera did a little better with the back of the head. Figures.

I wonder how they get such fine details on such cheap toys. here in the states the free toys are usually just blow-molded and no details. Thanks for the blog.

Thanks for the comment. I don't know, either. The main thing is that the Japanese are much more interested in visual design, and how to get the looks they want. American corporations? Not so much.
