Usually, live music events are scheduled and held in the plaza in front of the main train station. However, there's a cross-under tunnel that runs under the main streets to the Aeon department store one block away, as well as to the bus circles in front of Amu Plaza. Occasionally, this guy, or someone similar, will set up a portable amplifier, and knock themselves out to anyone walking by. The problem is that generally, they're really, really bad.
This guy was horrible, accompanying himself on a tennis racket.
