There's a line of microwave sandwiches at Family Mart Konbini calling themselves "Fresh and Delicious." 198 yen (about $1.80 USD) for the cheeseburger.
Look, if it was made in a factory somewhere, frozen, stuck in a warehouse for several weeks and then trucked to konbini around Japan, it ain't fresh. And given Japanese pseudo-food, it ain't delicious.
Pretty sure it ain't ground beef, either.
