I found this poster in one of the displays along streetcar street, advertising the First Kago Senbunka Fair. "Kago" is short for Kagoshima, and "bunka" is "culture". "Sen" in this case seems to be used to mean "specialize in" or "major in". I assume it's going to be another of the "try it yourself" things, where people can experiment with painting or clay working, and other hobby-stuff like that. Unfortunately, it's going to be on a Saturday, when I have to work all day, so I'm going to have to miss it.
