When I was walking from Amu Plaza at 5 PM on Sunday, I looked out east between the buildings near the Aeon department store, and spotted the moon floating over Sakurajima as it erupted, with the sun starting to set behind me. Pretty spectacular.
I would have liked to get an unbroken view of the volcano, but that would have required going to the top of Amu and shooting through a window behind a bunch of people sleeping in the chairs up there. I'll have to live with this shot instead.
