Chalk art for the Shiro Hair Salon. It may be a bit hard to make out, but "Merry Christmas" is written over Santa. This sign was put out at least as early as Nov. 25th. Japan has Thanksgiving, but it was on the Saturday of the 23rd, and is called Labour Thanksgiving Day.
Santa's looking pretty buff these days.
